Directions
- Cut up the spring onions, bacon, peppers and spinach.
Fry off in the frying pan and set aside to cool.
- Whisk the eggs, add the milk, salt, pepper, paprika and cheese.
Mix them well.
- Pour fried ingredients into the mixing bowl with the egg mix.
- Pour into cupcake dish spreading equally, sprinkle leftover cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
