Egg Muffins

Breakfast egg muffins are a delicious healthy saviour and perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut up the spring onions, bacon, peppers and spinach. Fry off in the frying pan and set aside to cool.
  2. Whisk the eggs, add the milk, salt, pepper, paprika and cheese. Mix them well.
  3. Pour fried ingredients into the mixing bowl with the egg mix.
  4. Pour into cupcake dish spreading equally, sprinkle leftover cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
