Celery & Pork Spicy Stir-Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry with a tangy spicy flavor.
Ingredients
Directions
- Slice pork, celery, and garlic.
- Heat oil on highest heat setting. Add garlic and peppers and toss. Add pork. Cook until pink is mostly gone. Add celery and salt.
- Toss maximum 2 minutes until celery turns bright green and starts to soften.
- Remove from heat and serve. Eat with rice if desired.
- Note: you can use any pepper you like for this, or leave it out if you don't like spicy.
