Not bad if cheese doesn't stall you. This would be all of the cheese allowed daily in induction. I'll try and find sugar free vanilla flavoring too. That's just for my crazy body though. Two packets of Splenda count as two carbs also.

It's a really awesome quick fix. I'm going to try putting it on top of the low carb PB cookies!
