Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

Also known as mother-in-law chops.

Directions

  1. Slice onion and place in bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
  3. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 1/2 hours.
