French Onion Chicken Pasta

A savory penne pasta dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook onion in butter until caramelized.
  2. Remove onions. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil and cook chicken until browned on all sides. Add onions back into the pan with beef stock and penne.
  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in cream and cheeses. Top with parsley if desired.
