Directions
- Cook onion in butter until caramelized.
- Remove onions. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil and cook chicken until browned on all sides. Add onions back into the pan with beef stock and penne.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender.
- Stir in cream and cheeses. Top with parsley if desired.
