Banana Oat Craisin Cookies
Quick, tasty and healthy cookies with no added sugar or flour.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Combine all ingredients, mashing bananas until a cookie dough consistency has formed (if you like chunks of banana, make sure not to over mash).
- Make sure all the oatmeal has been combined and moistened.
- Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking oil. Drop approximately 18 cookies onto sheet.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Allow to cool before removing from baking sheet.
- Note: nuts may also be added.

Super easy cookies and AWESOME. I left out the craisins for this batch. Ended up being around 30 calories per cookie so I don't feel guilty at all indulging. :)
