Creamed Brussels Sprouts

A rich creamy side dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Heat ghee in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts and continue to sauté until fork tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer sprouts, garlic and melted butter to 9x9" baking dish. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Sprinkle pork rinds evenly over the top.
  4. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
