Cottage Cheese Muffins

Simple and low fat cheese muffins.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a muffin pan with 10 paper baking cups.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Divide mixture between the 10 baking cups and bake for 30 minutes, or until tops are golden-brown and lightly domed.
  4. Serve with yogurt, honey or blueberries.
