I have weighed in today after letting myself eat all the wrong things over easter mainly chocolate I am now £11st.7. really disgusted of myself but over the two years I have still lost 2st.so as from today I am back on my diet .

Sylvia, you have done so well with your weight loss, this gain will be off before you know it. I’ve just started on here and am not quite it the right headspace yet with my food but I needed to make a start and lose or gain at the weekend it’ll better in the long run....small steps towards big changes. Better luck at your next weigh in.
