I have shown a gain of 1.1/2.lbs this week my body is messing me about as my inches are down when I was 14st my bust was 48 waist 42 hips 48 now I am 11.st.0.3/4 my measurements are now bust 42 waist 36 hips 42.so even if my weight has shown a gain this week my measurements are still going down so I am going to forget this week and just keep going on my diet.i must lose the weight before xmas or I wont be able to enjoy xmas.
