I have shown a gain of 1.1/2 lbs this week dont understand whats happened the only thing I can think of is eating crisps 5 days this week even though I have kept to my calories try again this week and only have 1 packet of crisps and see if that makes a difference



69.6 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
