well it lools like there was something processed in that chicken I ate on Saturday that caused me to retain water. I'm almost back down to my Saturday AM weight.
84.2 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
