54 Y/O male, ex-athlete, 10 hours a day in office workaholic, plus 2 additional hours at home. Not a whole lot of time for play and/or exercise and the stress level is insane. Quite frankly I've fallen off the boat, I'm the heaviest and most out of shape I've ever been in my entire life.

I've ballooned up to over 207lbs. But now when I try to workout the weight simply does not come off.

I said I'd never wear skinny slacks or jeans, but now all my pants are hella tight and I refuse to go buy bigger clothes! It's time to get back on the grind, switch up my diet, swing those kettle bells, and work myself back up to 30+ straight push ups without a break/rest.

Yeah, 180 - 185 lbs here I come!
