Im not sure what's going on here. I've worked out every day for 14 days straight, except for Saturday. Maintained a strict low carb, low calorie, high protein diet, yet on Saturday I ate what I thought was all white meat boneless hot wings and boom I added 5 lbs to my weight. Sunday I put in a double workout, and had an extremely restrictive high protein diet all day and was only able to recover 2 lbs. I'm not sure if this could be muscle gain or something is still with me.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 4.1 kg a Week

Muscle gain WOULD be my first guess - give it a few days, those new micro-tears (as a result of strength training) will continue to burn calories till all is repaired (soreness diminishes).
