Goal accomplished. Thought I had also reached 18.8 body fat % but after retest it looks more like 19.1%. Still a lot more work to do. New weight goal...sub 180's
83.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
