I have shown a gain of 1/2 lb I know it is not much but it is disheartening when you are staying on your diet.oh well keep at it and hope I will show a loss next week.xmss is coming and I am looking forward to having my ferro Roch
69.5 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It goes like that sometimes, stick with it and next week you'll be doing a jig! Those chocs are my favourites and I always buy the biggest box I can find for crimble, num num num!

Sometimes it goes up or doesn't move but next week will be very good 😊. That happens in my case after disappointing week.
