I have no idea how much I weigh I do know I've put it all back on....trying to add amassed to my food list but I can't do it so putting in slim fast has roughly the same amount of calories but not the same nutrition
80.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
