Going to need to reboot back to Keto and REFOCUS..I jumped off the wagon and ran to the buffet : o
67.6 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think every week you should jump off the wagon which I am told it is a psychological trick to fool your body. I will do so this coming Saturday being my birthday and all, but I will not do a buffet. I will just have my favorite Chicken fried rice with my favorite dessert. Keep up the good work, you are almost there.

I heard the same thing that Fast Track 1 said - take one day off a week and don't worry about your food plan. This way it's easier to commit do a new lifestyle and not feel like you can never have cheesecake (or whatever) again.

Been there a few times. I think that's where I'm getting my extra sodium from even though it's not reflected in calories. You'll kick butt and drop that weight in a heartbeat.
