I don't understand why my weight has shown a gain this week as i have been sticking to my diet the only thing I did different was to eat 2 bananas in sandwiches so even though I kept to 1000 to 1250 calories it must be the carbs so this week I won't have any banana sandwich and see if that will make a difference next week
69.5 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It could well be that you’re not eating enough! Perhaps even try to increase calories slightly to kickstart the loss again. It seems counter intuitive but has worked for me
