I have shown a loss today 3/4 of a pound not much but I have been really good so now only 11lb to go for my target weight of 10st. I will then have lost 3st.8lbs.so hope for a loss again next week
68.5 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sylvia l know you are not seeing large losses recently but in light of what you have achieved so far don't be disheartened. You have all the knowledge and willingness to reach your goal and beyond if that's what you want to do. Remember nice and steady now will help you in the future with maintaining your weight because you will have mastered the part we all struggle with. Good luck 😉
