16:8 was all I could manage before the almonds came out!
Carbs 17.99g ( aiming for under 25g)
fat 105.35g ( aiming for 81-107g)
Protein 63.86g ( aiming for 67g-72g)
Cals 1377 ( aiming for 1119-1358 cals)

Back in the groove 😁
Apart from being 1g under fir protein, I've finally met all my macros

Too cold to sit outside for my cuppa with the cat, which tells me the weathers turned and it will get colder and my joints will be more store and stiff.

Saw physio yesterday.. I've met all the goals her set me over the summer, despots falls/hip injection/ surgery/ in infection yay ( does a little dance)
Still sore at op site, he suggested with EDS I might need double the recovery time, so I'm seeing go on Monday to ask for another week offf( my back is still so swollen I can't wear a waistband eg office wear)

So I have a plan
Survived physio and a great nite out on the first week of my challenge.. hopefully my weight will be down a bit by my first weekly chalk weighin on Monday, so u don't let the side down!!

Mini.. both myself and my sister ( with the same conditions) have dealt with ATOS as they were before and found them horrible and unhelpful.. not medically trained and no understanding of ho w we struggle.. Hope you get your results soon and they are favourable 🤗🤗
