I m getting really despondent now I have been really good this week .
and have shown a gain of 1/4lb I know it's not much but after being so good I expected to at least to lose 1 or 2 lbs I seem to be creeping up to 1 1st and I don't want that to happen. I am also not able to go to the toilet through not eating much so really need a boost .

68.9 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you not eating enough? I know it's counter intuitive but it really is a 'thing' (my vocabulary is still in bed, so apologies). Also, you may want to get things moving a bit - I find walnuts are extremely helpful in this, as is caffeine - one good espresso and a handful of walnuts and you'll feel better (well, it works for me!) :)

Hi Sylvia, I have the same thought as Strangetrout, you may not be eating enough and the body has gone into starvation mode to protect itself. As well as that you also may not be drinking enough either. Water retention is notorious for weight gain but once you rehydrate your body it will release the water and you get what is commonly known as the Whooosh effect. As for not being able to go, once again it's most likely down to lack of food as the body has no waste to get rid of. Have a look at your food intake and see if you can tweek it to start your weight loss again and help you go.
