only lost 1/4lb keep tryinng as I have been really good my body seems to be testing my willpower but I will not give in as I have lost 3st.and I am never going to be 14 st. again

try a cheat day. usually works for me when I hit a weight loss plateau and I've lost 6 stone so far

I have been so good so today I am going to have a cheat day maybe two and then go back on my diet and see what happens on monday when I weigh in
