walked pretty hard tonight ( forgot my.cooling towel) and felt ok but I'm to tired to cool the yummy pork chop w. apple and sage 😣
so ill look forward to it tomorrow. Fortunate there's really no junky food in the pantry and I hate the cheap sodium-dump fast food I used to rely on at times lile this.
So I need to start meal prepping and better menu planning so nights like this won't be a problem. I like a hot meal but it'll just be fruit, yogurt and likely a smoothie.
I don't want to come in too low and risk losing lean body mass. So protein up with another smoothie today. I so don't like drinking dinner but it beats the alternatives. well I could do a protein pancake. ...hmmm. yeah maybe that.
