Gosh this is soooo frustrating!!! Scales are going the wrong way!!! I am walking every day; counting calories etc & I am not losing!!! Help!!!!
97 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
