Well, I never thought I'd share this with the world but I think I'm possibly constipated. I also plateaued because of it and even gained weight for the past two weeks. I weighed in pretty late and it's partially due to the fact that perhaps I'm just a bit discouraged from it.
I'm going to be stubborn and continue to stick to this. I can do it. I really can.
