I will weigh in tomorrow ( using the pharmacy scale since it reads closer to my MD's). I have to admit that not getting a job last week when I was so close and now feeling the pinch after almost 4 mos. is stressful. That and the family bombshell that I was so concerned about it hurting others that it's just now hit me how upset I really am over it. Add to that the fact that I allowed the wrong food to be left in my fridge after a celebration. whammy I've slipped 3 days in a row. The 'bad' food is gone, but really I don't believe there are bad foods; only bad habits. peace and wellness to all.
