Wow that 45 minute walk yesterday really paid off!!! Another 1.1 ks off & I will achieve my first goal of 95 Ks!! Feeling a bit rough today with a heavy cold but wil still got for a walk later & then I will have achieved my first full week of walking. At least it is a nice sunny day
