I am watching what I eat & calorie counting I truly believe it is my daily 30 minute walk that is doing the most good!! I weigh myself each day & while I expect to hit a plataeu at some time as I have in the past I will not let it deter me!!!
96.8 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
