44 days to go
15.1 lbs to go
24g carbs ( maybe ?????)

I've tried an educated guess with the carbs.. made marinated pork ribs.. I just weighed my portion of ribs as a % of the total, then divided the marinade ingredients by that percentage, so although there's some left, at least I haven't underestimated the carbs. I put in the ingredients separately in the diary as I don't think you can add a recipe via iPhone app🤔

Last night my daughter was baking for 3 hours for abake sale at school today.. I'd normally help her but I like to taste as I go!😊
So I headed to bed at 9pm to avoid the lovely smells from the kitchen. Put all the cakes in cupcake holder trays and sealed them up while the kettle was boiling.. so they're safe from my mindless eating habit!

Saw gp yesterday.. I've lowered my pain meds with my weight loss and he was very pleased. But he thinks it will be weeks before I can use the exercise bike/walk distances with my swollen ankle 😔
Dunno how I'm gonna get the weight off before the wedding.. I'll just aim to keeping hopping on and off the bike for a few minutes each time.. seeing physio on the 14th so can discuss it then

Still hoping to get to target, but it's looking less likely now I can't exercise 🤔

Have a happy and successful Wednesday fs friends 😎😎

Have you been doing any intermittent fasting? That might help a little bit before the wedding!

Thanks Jocko 😁 Ehead yup.. done a 23hr , 20 hr this week and nearly always do at least 16:8 or 18:6. 24 hrs is the longest I've gone.. after that the pain meds affect my stomach, but may have to do longer.. disparate times call for desperate measures 🤔 Was hoping to up my exercise, but that won't be the case now

Yes you can add recipes using the iPhone app, Poppy. Got to get ready to go out to the hospital now but when I get back I'll give you the step by step instructions 😃

Good for you! Just keep plugging away at it. I'm sure you'll look great at the wedding, whatever weight you are when it gets here.

Hi Poppy, have you tried seated exercises? (launchpad on YouTube) they aren't just for obese people. 😜💪

It's hard to lose weight by exercising unless you are young and fit. It takes an awful of effort. But it is good for you, so worth trying to do more if you can. Keep to your diet anyway, and good luck! I'm sure you'll look great 😀

How to add recipes to the iPhone. Choose, for example, adding an item in your diary to "dinner". Scroll through all the options (search, recently eaten, etc) until you get to "cook book". Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see "new recipe". Click on that and follow the instructions on screen for adding your new recipe. If you get stuck with anything, let me know. Don't get disheartened about not being able to exercise. Just stick with your WOE - you're doing so well - and I'm sure you will look amazing at the wedding 🙂

To enter recipes in the iphone app just tab over on the top of the screen to the cookbook on your diary entries. It's not very intuitive but it's there. It is to the right as far as you can go when you are looking up items on meals in your meal diary. Then you just choose new recipe and enter the items for the recipe and number of servings, etc. Have fun with your Mum's birthday! 🙋🏻
