I have lost 1.1/2 lbs this week at last I only have 9.3/4 lbs to go.for my goal of 10.st.that will be 3st.lost.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
