I have gained again 1.1/2 lbs. I don't understand it I am getting very despondent now but I must not give in I will just keep on my diet and hope that I will show a loss next week

The scales get stuck or go the wrong way for me too!
Record everything to stay on track.
Maybe take some measurements or try on clothes that were tight and you may notice some other wins to keep u going! Good luck 😁
