108 days to go!
OH did the food shopping and bought 20% fat beef mince. The greasiness and texture was horrible,yuk!so after a couple of mouthfuls I threw it away and had cheese and crackers instead. So I estimated portions. But was probably about my 800 Cals target.
But I did manage to be physically active fir most of the day😁😁
Disappointed with my weight, so did my measurements , as a fs friend did the other day
2/4/17 49.5/45/42.5, belly 49 inches
1/5/17. 46.5/42.5/41.5 , belly 45.5 inches

I know my waist should be under 35inches, so a long way to go, but I'm making progress with the waist and belly fat, thank god!

So it's not all doom and gloom, just SLOW😉

Probably like me.. years of insulin resistance packing on the stomach fat!! At least we're in this together, I find that so,so helpful, rather than struggling on my own 😁

A way to go ... but going in the right direction! Small steps can be frustrating but they get us there in the end

That's a GREAT change in measurements ! Over 3 inches in belly fat in a month ! YAY ! Congratulations <3 That should be a dress size !
