Ugh. Another split sleep night. For some reason, I was really tired after work yesterday. By 7 PM, I just couldn't keep my eyes open. I lay down for a 'nap', and woke up at 1:30 AM. Got up, and watched documentaries until 4:30, then went back to bed. Good thing I have the day off today, because I didn't wake again until almost 10!
Spring is in full force here...warm, but no humidity yet. It's lovely to see all the green, but we've been under a pollen alert for the last week. I'm sure that's the reason for the low-grade headache I've had for the same time.
Today is laundry day, and time for a 'me day'. Color my hair, do my nails, etc.

Green arrows always good. I had one of those low grade headaches for 24 hours. It's gone now but maybe something to do with pollen. Hope you enjoy your pampering!
