I don't know what has happened this week I have shown a gain of 1.1/2lbs
just forget it and keep going but when I took my measurements I have lost inched

67.7 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
