Stayed the same! Is this normal? Lol
62 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You must be doing something right to lose 3.1 kg since 4January. Like many people on FS you are doing the Yo-Yo thing which would seem to indicate a lack of discipline or will power. This is not a fault or a criticism just an observation and a reflection of your personality which is not a bad thing. I have my own feeling about weight training as I have seen the result of friends who did this for a long time then had to stop for one reason or another. I wish you well and success in your weight loss journey and I really do look forward to seeing that graph showing a steady decline over the next few weeks.

Training weights will have an effect on your weigh ins as your body compostion adjusts. Everyone re-acts differently. When I increase my weigh training my weight initially goes up, but comes back down again fairly quickly. A word of warning about weight training. You will get bulky if you over eat or are over weight whilst building muscle. A lot of girls new to the sport think they can eat what they want and gulp down protein shakes. Body fat levels are very important in body sculpting with weights. Good luck!
