I'm not new on the exercise scene, but I am new to the weightlifting.

I've been doing it for about 6 months now and I'm loving it. Getting my family and friends involved too and letting the girls know that you wont get big and bulky, but you will have a more defined curvy shape.

Recently started personal training sessions which are fab. :)
