I have shown a gain of 1/2 lb.this week I don't know why as I have been good.
this is a testing tme just keep going and hope to show a loss next week.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
