Getting there!

Much easier now the girls are back at school and things are in a routine

Been dizzy for 3 days , found out there's a nasty virus that causes cold symptoms, dizziness and nausea going around. Maybe the nausea will hit me and I won't feel so hungry!!

Off to get shiny new hand splints this afternoon .. it's like getting new shoes for me, always cheers me up !

So, I've "added a new food" that I couldn't find in the database .. Goldfish Chinese curry sauce concentrate" I added 100g portion size How do I change this to 10g in my food diary or find the food details again.. when I search it doesn't come up, but it was added as it added 100g to my intake I use an iPhone and the fs app, but can use a laptop.. I've worked out the calories using a calculator ( o weighed my portion of the reconstituted sauce), i know I could approximate, but want to do it right TIA 😊

On iPhone, go to your food diary. Click on Calories Consumed. Under breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will see the number of calories for each meal. If you want to alter, for example a food in dinner, click on the arrow pointing down on the right underneath the calorie number. Click on your curry sauce, click on Serving Size then change the grams to 10, scroll down to Save button and click that.

On the web page, go to your food diary. Scroll down to Dinner, for example. Click on the food item you want to change. Scroll down to bottom right hand corner, change the number to 10 instead of 100 then press Save.
