I put on 4lb over Xmas but I started back on my diet yesterday and now I have gone back down actually showing a loss of
1/2lb. so that has given me a boost
68.0 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
