Hello fs friends. Hope you've all had an enjoyable Christmas season. I'm really pleased I'm only up a few lbs.. was hospitalised again before xmas with cellulitis ( again!) and this affected my mobility and ability to do any exercise...

So I sat far away from all the snacks, counted out a handful of chocs ( instead of sitting next to a big tub) and ate loads of veggies

Back on my WOE today , my new year starts now !!
