i have shown a gain of 1lb.this week and that is only after Xmas day so I am not going to think of dieting until after the xmas holidays I will start seriously again on January 1st. I have still lost 3st.so. I am definitely going to lose my weight and achieve my goal of 9st 7lbs
68.2 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
