I have shown a gain of 1/4lb this week I don't understand it as I have been good I will not give up this last stone is proving to be a pain.
67.3 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1/4lb is about half a cup of tea/coffee in weight so don't panic too much. The last push is bound to be the hardest as you try to lose the same amount each week yet you're actually trying to lose a larger percentage. Not to mention, as you're getting fitter, you're building muscle tissue a bit and that is denser than fat tissue. You've got this far, you'll manage the rest. Best of luck 😊
