Quit smoking Monday.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.7 kg a Week

Well done, drink water when the cravings come on - down a big glass in one - it works and stops the munchies!

Thanks, I'll try that. It's disheartening I can't seem to reliably break past around the 220 mark.

I gave up alcohol and plateaued for two weeks then put on weight in the third! Gave up giving up after that and seem to be doing OK. It's just your body adjusting, try manipulating your diet and exercise as your body may be used to what you are doing and settling into it. You have to be canny and fool it!
