stuck...again. so started fast after 5 a couple of days ago. I'm really uncomfortable but kept angrily grabbing handfuls of fat when I felt hungry. Almost a year since I started here at 201! If fat wants to live on my body, it needs to pay rent : )

yea i tried the fasting thing. not so much my thing but it may work for you but you are doing great! hard work and changing things up keeps it exciting!
