I have shown a gain this week due to eating too much bread I am sure even though I have kept to 1250 /1500 averaging 1360 on the week.keep on trying not going to put my weight on again be positive and keep going and cut back on the bread again .
67.7 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
