I have gained 1/2lb this week.it must be the bread
as I haven't eaten any wrong this week.
will cut back on the bread this week and hope to see a loss next week.
68.3 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love toast like a drug. The one thing I have learned about bread is that anything from a supermarket is Kryptonite - the things they put in it you wouldn't believe (including feathers), if you want to eat bread, buy artisan stuff - it's horribly expensive but has not bleaching agents or feathers or any other additives and you'll find you don't bloat as much. You still have to avoid bingeing (toast toast and more toast in my case) but it is better for you and it freezes very well. Good luck and fret not!

Oh, and the crust is a lot more chewy so gives your jaw a good workout!
