Still one bite at a time. Count calories, LOG and stay focused. Hard to believe I had so much more fat stuck to my body 8 months ago.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
