stayed the same this week but at least I didn't put any weight on and the good thing is my measurements have changed my waist is 4 inches down and lost 4 inches off my hips so that is a good thing that is happening as I have lost over 4 stone only 1 stone to go .the thing is to think positively and keep going
67.1 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
