Despite the fact that I went out for a drink last night, the weight is not too bad. Food wise a simple veg omelette only so this evening meal my st have been a good choice. Today I will become stoic, no carb for dinner.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
